Zocial was created back in 2011 as a project when talent form diverse backgrounds came together with the idea of helping the hospitality industry manage effectively their social media. Whit a team with hands on experience working on Facebook Ireland, hospitality, photography, web design, and online CRM, a pilot hotel (Carton House Hotel) was found and implemented obtaining extraordinary results. Zocial believes the same formulae can be reproduced in the same manner in hotels in Spain delivering the same benefits and a positive ROI.
