Zoltan (T) Ltd offers dry ice blasting services for industrial, commercial and residential cleaning serving. Area of duty: 1) SCAFFOLDING CLEAN-UP: Removing bitumen/heavy oil from scaffolding components without adding chemical and water to the surrounding environment. 2) ELECTRICAL: Restoring both rotating and stationary electrical equipment to peak performance with a large decrease in downtime. Successful in cleaning the following equipment: motors/stators, armatures,coils, windings, generators, transformers, switch gear, insulators, sub-stations, motor control centers, power distribution panels, service entrance,metering panels, buss bars/ducts, cable trays/wiring. 3) MINING EQUIPMENT CLEANING: Whether it be excavators, draglines, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, haul trucks or conveyors - broken down equipment and surface mining go hand in hand. A non-abrasive and moisture free cleaning, working around electric shovels, electric wheel loaders and other moisture sensitive equipment is completely safe. 4) GAS PLANTS AND REFINER,PETRO CHEMICAL FACILITIES: Zoltan uses cleaning technology thoroughly to clean industrial equipment such as heat exchangers, vessels, tube sheets, boilers, deaerators, engines, furnaces, turbine rotors, compressors, pumps, wellheads, piping and valves. Dry ice blasting is also used for preparation of welds prior to non-destructive testing as well as yellow jacket removal for pipeline integrity testing. 5) HEAVY OIL SPILL CLEAN-UP: More thorough clean: In the event of a bitumen spill or release, Zoltan can safely restore your structure, buildings and equipment to a "like-new" condition while traditional methods such as steaming and hand scrubbing often leave behind unsightly stains. 6) GENERAL CLEANING: Cleaning equipment and providing answers to house-keeping dilemnas. Production machinery is also cleaned on-line and without chemicals.
