The Zonta Club of Sydney Inc is a member of Zonta International, a leading global organization of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.The Zonta Club of Sydney supports both local and global projects which advance the status of women. Locally, the club funds a number of scholarships and prizes to assist women in their studies. Breast cushions are produced for women undergoing treatment for breast cancer, and we also support BKFA by packing birthing kits. Globally, Zonta International supports a number of projects including working towards ending child marriage and improving education for women in less developed countries.Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, at Club York, Level 2 99 York St. Anyone interested in attending is welcome to email the club at zontaclubsydney@gmail.com for more details.
