We undertake investor relations (IR) activities under the banner of WE'RE FOR INVESTORS.Founded in 1983, we are a global company that sells electronic devices for music developed for a wide range of customers, from professionals to amateurs, in about 130 countries. Our head office in Japan chiefly specializes in product development and marketing, while overseas sales are conducted through group companies and sales agents. In addition, by adopting a fabless system, which outsources production to third parties, we focus our technical and management resources on product development.In the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, the percentages of sales accounted for by major product categories were, respectively, Handy Audio Recorders (HAR) 43%, Digital Mixers / Multitrack Recorders (DMX / MTR) 13%, Multi-Effectors (MFX) 12%, Handy Video Recorders (HVR) 10%, Professional Field Recorders (PFR) 7%, and others 15%. As a global brand, overseas sales account for approximately 90% of sales.
