Restaurants - New York, New York, United States
Website: zorascafe.com\\This summer, Midtown Manhattan will welcome a premier soul food restaurant. Zora's Cafe will be located in the trendy, eclectic neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen. As there is a noticeable lack of traditional soul food restaurants in the Midtown and lower Manhattan, this establishment plans to target and capture a neglected audience with their savory plates of southern fried chicken, grilled catfish, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato pie and much more. Zora's Cafe plans to put a healthier spin on the traditional foods by using antibiotic and steroid free meats, cage-free eggs and organic vegetables. They also plan to offer vegetarian and gluten free dishes. This highly anticipated cafe is the brainchild of a mother and daughter pair.
