Founded in June 2007 by one-on-one communication specialists, ZTO Technology is a company that focuses on two pillars of activity: providing corporate recruitment support and continuing education. To fulfil our mission, our team of researchers have developed a unique and continuously evolving tool: the Comscope.This is the first system of its kind. It automatically translates video and audio recordings of a one-on-one interaction (interview, sales pitch, etc.) into qualitative variables. This allows our team of professionals to analyse the data and identify individual strengths and weakness. ZTO's added value stems from the fact that the Comscope has been developed through partnerships with major corporate groups in France; this collaboration has enabled it to respond and address specific business needs. ZTO's services are offered in North America, specifically through a French-Canadian team based in Montreal.
