It is the partnership that creates value by delivering improved innovative and sustainable results, accompanied by mutually accepted business cases, contracts, a governance-structure and an incentives-structure to continuously strengthen results.We act as project manager or deal architect in the transformation of an existing outsourced partnership or in establishing a new outsourcing or procurement process.We guide organizations on their procurement and outsourcing projects with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable results and assist in creating a transparent, trusting relationship. We do that as independent project managers, supplying or connecting legal, operations and or business control-advisors and help create a continuous improvement governance-structure that is designed, agreed and owned by both partners. Due to our independent intermediate role we ensure an objective advise to both partners without any bias. It is the partnership (to be) that shares project risks and opportunities but also (project development) costs, savings and future profits. Instead of both partners contracting a deal making team, both partners contract us and split costs. Our goal is to improve partnership results.
