We are extremely pleased to inform you that Autoscribe, Ltd. the developers of Matrix software products, are expanding and making a very significant commitment to all their customers in North America, They are forming Autoscribe Informatics, Inc. based here in the US. This will give Autoscribe a much stronger presence in the US and Canadian markets and align them more closely with your requirements. As of January 3, 2012, this new subsidiary will take over the responsibility for serving the needs of Matrix customers in North America. All sales activities, implementation services and support will be provided by them, directly to you. These are the activities that Zumatrix, Inc. has provided to you for the past 12+ years. It is expected that all key members of the Zumatrix team, with one exception, will transfer to the new company and continue to provide you the level of service that you require. The exception is Peter Mansfield, President and founder of Zumatrix, Inc. who after over 40 years in the scientific instrument and software business, has decided to take a break- time for something new! Peter is working very close with the Zumatrix team and with Autoscribe staff to ensure a very smooth transition to the new company. You will be communicating with the same people, who know you, your company and what is unique about your systems; communication lines will shortened and your needs will be represented more efficiently.
