Rio de Janeiro-based Zuppa Filmes is a production company founded by photographers and filmmakers Eduardo Martino and Andrea Testoni.Andrea and Eduardo met in London in 2003. Both studied photojournalism and documentary photography at the London College of Communications.Initially, their partnership focused on still photography in its traditional form, occasionally combining photos with audio to build multimedia pieces. But with the arrival of video-enabled DSLR cameras with its revolutionary possibilities, Andrea and Eduardo felt compelled to fully embrace filmmaking, from shooting to editing, bringing Zuppa Filmes to light.Since its inception in the marketplace, Zuppa Filmes has produced a wide range of films, from institutional and corporate videos to documentary and journalistic stories.
