"Öz Çelik San ve Tic. Ltd. Şti" was established in 1987 by 3 engineers. We manufacture in a closed 1000 m2 area of the machine with 12 machines.In mass production; We process precision diameter tolerant parts in the Ø1-42 mm diameter range with Gildemeister Sprint series 5,6 and 8-axis CNC machines, mainly for stainless, aluminum, brass and various steel materials. We meet the needs of different sectors such as automotive, white goods, combi boilers, electrical appliances, defense industry and medical sector.We provide heat treatment, coating and grinding processes requested by our customers in our suppliers and follow the conditions requested by the customer.Quality management system in our company was established in 1995 and we have ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and AS 9100 Rev.D quality management certificates.Since 2007, we have been exporting to many countries of the world. We export mainly to European countries (Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands) as well as to the Bosch China.As a company; customer requests, legal obligations and quality management system to produce products in line with customer satisfaction is targeted. We are working with 0 ppm according to customer quality targets. We meet the quality and shipment performance of all our customers and ensure their continuity.Our organization consists of planning, manufacturing and quality departments and each department consists of engineers. Many of our blue collar employees are graduates of vocational high schools and technical high schools, and we also ensure their continuous development and awareness in their work through staff training.ERP and BARCODE systems are effectively used at all stages from part planning to stock (procurement, sales, productivity, planning, quality reports, calibration follow-up, manufacturing reports, maintenance reports, training reports and stock management). , ERP and BARCODE systems are used effectively.
