Pure weight lifting heaven!Do you like classes? Well you haven't tried a class until you've tried one in Thé Yard (exclusive to énergie Fitness). You can also get sweaty and have fun in our spin studio (no broken Spin Bikes here that everyone has to avoid getting!).If the social element of going to a gym is what appeals most to you, then we definitely have that covered for you.
