I Can Manage My Business Project –Developed in 2019 by TÜRKONFED, Visa & UNDP, and supported by 30 banks and e-money institutions, I Can Manage My Business Project aims to research on the capacity development needs of impactful SMEs with high growth potential in Turkey and provide them with the needed support to access trainings, knowledge and guidance to become highly competitive business units under high quality management. It will investigate on the identified issues to construct a robust capacity development module for improved management practices.While the Project helps with increased competitiveness of the beneficiary SMEs, it is also projected to build trust in the banking industry, leading to higher financial inclusion and use of banking services.In the end, the purpose of the project is to carry out training and capacity building activities for SMEs on access to finance, financial literacy, digitalization, human capital development, planning and structuring, access to international markets and corporate governance.The project aims;To empower 3.000 SMEs in 18 cities in 3 yearsto help SMEs maximize the potential of their business through trainings on financial disciplineTo provide support on improvingdigital skillsand e-commerce capabilitiesBy curriculum based on:financial disciplinedigital literacy & digital marketinge-commerce and paymentsAnd also by:mentorshipProject's KPIs are identified as:Make business growth plansFollow at least 3 KPIs and share them with employees (annually)Set business objectives and follow-up (1-3 years)Use of new generation digital business modelsIncrease use of digital marketingImprove e-commerce capabilities and increase volume
