The Center provide the ability of implementation of complex approach, which is based on the creation of ecosystem of Distributed ledger, aimed at practical application, analysis and decomposition of various aspects of technologies which are under consideration.Primary aims of center:- Overcoming technological barriers for integration distributed ledger technologies in economy- Overcoming legal barriers for integration distributed ledger technologies in economy- Education and awareness promotion on distributed ledger technologiesCenter main goals grouped around the following requirements:1. Developing integrated methodology for distributed ledger technologies application in totality of problems in different sectors.2. Forming business digital infrastructure .3. Forming of new business models in digital economy.
