厦门国际金融管理学院成立于2012年12月，作为非盈利性的公益培训机构，立足于服务厦门两岸金融中心人才培养，以在职金融、管理实战教育培训为核心，突出"两岸"优势，致力成为智库平台、人才培养基地。学院已与复旦大学、厦门大学、中国人民大学、台湾金融研训院、台湾政治大学、香港金融管理学院等境内外机构建立战略合作关系，开展金融交流、课题研究、教育培训项目合作。\\学院联合复旦大学设立"复旦—金圆 两岸金融研究中心"，围绕国家建设自贸试验区等热点课题开展研究，携手厦门大学共建"厦门大学金圆研究院"，针对金融市场等实际需要进行金融创新前沿学术研究以及举办金融管理学历教育、高端论坛；面向社会各界开展专题研修班课程培训、委托培训和跨境学习考察；创办的"中国梦-走进创业的新起点"高端项目深受好评；致力培养高素质金融人才，学院作为复旦大学与厦门市委组织部合作的金融（单考）研究生项目实施方，目前已进行三届招生。学院围绕金融热点和市场需求，开展公开办班招生，自贸区、互联网金融、资本运作、新三板等主题的培训项目，得到银行、保险、创投等金融行业从业人员认可。\\The Xiamen International Finance and Management Institute (XIFMI) was established in December 2012. As a non-profit training organization, XIFMI is committed to develop financial talents for Cross-Straits financial centers, by focusing on professional financial and managerial training. Our training draws on respective strength of Xiamen and Taiwan, to make the organization a think tank and a talents incubator.\\XIFMI has built strategic partnership with leading universities and financial training organizations including Fudan University, Xiamen University, Renmin University, National Chengchi Univeristy, Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance and Hong Kong Financial Services Institute, in exchange and communication, research and training projects.\\Our Fudan-Jinyuan Center for Cross-Straits Financial Studies conducts researches on various subjects of intense interests, such as the national plans on building free trade areas. It has also organized various training course and study tours. The "China Dream" program, a one-year high-level training program for successors of regional private enterprises, has raised wide impacts. Our joint postgraduate financial program with Fudan University and Xiamen Government has successfully recruited for two years.
