We pool the same through our job database & also through headhunting .The essence of the process is that our lead time is less & hit ratio is more . Both Client and consultant should respect each other time . Therefore if at a particular moment our bandwidth is blocked . We convey the same to our client and tell them the time it would take us to meet the targets. At the end , we land up meeting our timelines and our customer also manages there needs.
