We started yogateach with the mission to promote yogic knowledge in the most authentic form. Yoga Instructor Course - We have designed a yoga course which prepares a person to conduct yoga classes independently and also certifies him/her as a Yoga Instructor from the Ministry of Aayush, Government of India. We have trained hundreds of yoga professionals and many are operating independently reaching out to thousands of people.2. Yoga Workshops - We conduct short yoga programs addressing every particular need of an individual as yoga is one stop solution for every physical, mental and emotional issue. Yogic tools such as sukshma vyayama, asanas, shat kriyas, pranayama, yog nidra etc can provide great relaxation, recovery and rejuvenation at deep levels.3. Yoga Retreats - Take some time out from your regular routine and live a yogic lifestyle for few days with us.
