Hand Deere & Cox became the practice's name when Hatton & Hand merged with Monk & Deere in 1989.We are a practice that pride ourselves in the personal service we provide. Each client's account is handled by an overseeing Partner. In fact, it is quite usual for a Partner to act as the primary contact for more complex or sensitive projects.The core principle of the practice is to provide cost information, guidance and control at each stage of a project. We place our clients in control by keeping them aware of the cost and contractual implications of their decisions during the complicated process of building procurement.Testament to the quality of our service, the practice obtains the vast majority of its business through repeat custom.
