The Debating Society of Shri Ram College of Commerce is a premier organisation that encourages healthy discourse and meaningful discussions by actively engaging in debate.We have produced some of the finest minds across industry, politics, and academia. Some notable past members include Arun Jaitley (Former Finance Minister, Government of India), Navtej Sarna (Spokesperson, Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra (Eminent Film Director) among a plethora of others.A cultural hub in Delhi University, the society organises two flagship debating tournaments referred to as Gambit and Shri Ram Debating Festival across two semesters annually. Witnessing participation from all across the country, we engage budding and inquisitive minds to talk about issues that matter.
