Schwartz Women in Business was founded in 2010 at St. Francis Xavier University. We host various skill building and networking events throughout the year, such as corporate tours, panels, workshops, and conferences. As the most active business society on campus, we constantly strive to create experiences which enable all members to feel represented within our organization. We have grown significantly since 2010, having been recognized by The Students Union as Society of The Year in 2013, 2014, and 2017. Schwartz Women in Business recognizes diversity as a catalyst in organizational success and helps position business students to develop into business leaders.
