Pathfinder Partners and the Pathfinder family of Opportunity Funds make opportunistic investments in income-producing (primarily multi-family, industrial and office) real estate assets which provide an opportunity for added value and superior rates of return. Pathfinder will invest in senior mortgages secured by real estate assets as well as the underlying properties. Pathfinder buys assets directly from financial institutions and from property owners. Pathfinder's principals have been investing and advising on real estate and corporate finance transactions since the mid-1980s. The Pathfinder funds invest directly in transactions and also co-invest with selected institutional capital partners.
