Momo at the Souk is located in the old Beirut Souk in the central district of the capital. It is due to open in October 2010. It will be a 200-cover brasserie restaurant, half of which is located in the gardens surrounding the building. Additionally, there will be a Mo café/bar area of the same capacity, which will be less formal than the brasserie. The Project has been structured as a joint venture with Solidere (the organisation that owns and has developed all of the land and buildings in the old Beirut Souk). The intention is that Momo at the Souk will be the premier restaurant/bar in the old Beirut Souk.
