Pak Hy-Oils Limited (PHOL) was established in 1974 in the public sector as an ancillary unit of National Refinery Limited by PERAC Government of Pakistan to produce value added downstream product of oil refining, like Specialty Asphalts, Polymer Modified Asphalt, Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane, Oils and Lubricants. Under the privatization program of Government of Pakistan, Pak Hy Oils Ltd. was handed over to the Orion Group. Orion is a well-established and reputed multinational business group engaged in Oil business since 1981 and has a strong presence in Nigeria, England and many other countries.Quality Management System of Pak Hy-Oils Limited is certified under ISO 9001:2008 International Standard and is verified by third party auditors M/s SGS. Pak Hy-Oils Limited is leader in most of the segments that it operates and enjoys good reputation among its customers and supplier.We are the sole manufacturer of bituminous based waterproofing membrane named as HY-Grip. Similarly specialty Asphalts and Polymer Modified Asphalts are manufactured on state of the art plant.Polymer Modified Asphalt is well suited for the Road Pavement in Pakistan due to their high load carrying properties, higher bonding adhesion and cohesion to mineral aggregates. Thus, the total cost of re-pavement can be saved by using Polymer Modified Bitumen's.
