The center was established in 2011 by blood disorders consultant, Doctor Hamad ben Mohammad Al-Omar.The goal of establishing this center is to provide evidence-based integrated medical care for those who do not have the chance of receiving it in the government sector or those on the waiting list for a prolonged time.
