The Esthoseson group is a multi-fruit processing facility with a processing capacity of about 100 metric tons fruits per day, primarily focusing on the value addition of 'GI tagged' Vazhakulam Pineapple and other exotic fruits. We propose to produce primarily canned pineapple slices, chunks and tidbits packed in easy open end cans; pineapple juice and yogurt drinks based on exotic fruit flavors and other functional ingredients. We are using state-of-the-art Cold Membrane Concentration Technology for the first time in India for the production of 100% natural juice. This technique ensures that all benefits of the fruit, as the nature intended, is preserved in the product. There is no added water, sugar or preservatives. The unit will be processing other fruits like orange, lemon, apple, jack fruit, pomelo, mango, rambutan, mangosteen, tomato, cashew apple, grapes, passion fruit, strawberry, lychee, papaya, guava, carrot and sugarcane. Our membrane concentration system will separate out substantial quantities of water from the primary juice everyday, which will be used for the production of energy/sports drinks dosed with added fruit juices for natural flavor.
