Despite all of the digital and mechanical technological advances in the last half century, purpose and meaning in the lives of so many people is at an all time low. We feel strongly in the power of science, but feel it should not only be applied to devices that make our lives more convenient, but also to how we develop as human beings and interact with others. To help address this issue, the folks at The Improvement Lab developed a vision of a world where individuals use the science of behavior analysis in their everyday lives to improve their lives, their family's lives and the lives of the people in their community. Therefore, our mission is to create and disseminate behavior analysis content that analyzes and provides prescriptions for human self-improvement in an engaging manner.
