Jahde Leather Atelier is a Charleston-based design studio founded by Andrea (Andy) Jahde. Using age-old leatherworking techniques and high-quality, American-sourced materials, Andy creates one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and thoughtful leather goods. Her collections include statement jewelry, wallets, everyday carry accessories, clutches, and structured handbags, all designed, shaped, sewn, and created by hand in her Queen Street studio. Andy also works one-on-one with clients to develop artistic and personalized products, whether it's a custom pair of shoes or a handmade knife roll for Charleston's best chefs.Jahde Made has been featured in The Art Mag, Charleston Magazine, Charleston Weddings, and more. Meet the Maker:Andy has an undergrad and masters in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University. She's studied in Copenhagen and London, including an accelerated shoe making course at the London College of Fashion, and has held apprenticeships at Cole Haan in NYC and under Michael Nash, a footwear product developer. Andy loves being a part of Charleston's creative entrepreneurial community and is always open to collaborations.
