As an independent and expert party in the construction industry, Seconed strives both to create trust between construction partners about the delivered construction quality and to minimize the technical risks associated with the construction. We do this in all phases: we review the design, engineering and inspect during execution. A second opinion or an audit of existing real estate? We have the necessary expertise for this as well. We are partners in (preferably complex) utility buildings, high-rise buildings, civil works, road and hydraulic engineering, but also energy and comfort. If desired, our construction decision experts can carry out a full construction decision review.Not only do we do all this, we also have approximately 250 skilled and specialised engineers at our disposal within the Seco Group.
