CleanAir Spaces is a Shanghai based environmental technology company that builds smart solutions for safe and healthy indoor air quality (IAQ) in commercial spaces, offices, hotels medical, health and facilities, education facilities and sports facilities. We design, build and manage green (energy saving) , IoT based smart tech solutions for complex and large environments. Our solutions provide elimination of IAQ problems of high levels of particulate matter (PM0.3, PM1, PM2.5, PM10), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), gaseous pollutants (SO2, NO2), biological contaminants (pollen, mold , dander)and microbiological pathogens ( virus and bacteria). We include real time monitoring of IAQ and autonomous control of equipment for extremely effective protection while minimizing energy consumption. It's estimated that 80% of people are working in environments where the air quality does not meet World Health Organization standards. This is prevalent in Asia where robust growth over the past 30 -40 years has meant big increases in coal powered energy generation, explosive growth in manufacturing as well as millions of new vehicles joining the road. While awareness of the impacts of poor IAQ are increasing, simply, many people are unaware they are working in health damaging environments. Over the past few years, the body of scientific research on the effects of pollution impacts has grown dramatically. New studies reveal that the negative effects of even low levels of pollution are far worse then previously thought and can create severe, life threatening impacts on our physical and mental health.
