Dr. Meadows graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in 1981. He received his Medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1985. This was followed by a year of surgery internship at the University of South Florida. He has since been part of several primary care centers, and has worked in numerous emergency rooms, most notably University Community Hospital in Tampa. Dr. Meadows is board certified in Emergency Medicine, and is a National Board Oral Examiner in Emergency Medicine. Every patient's care is thoughtfully tailored to suit their needs across a broad spectrum of treatment modalities.
