The Distressed Real Estate Institute teaches new real estate investors how to invest in real estate. We specialize in "distressed real estate" which means that either the property is damaged or the owner is a motivated seller who is in foreclosure or who wants to sell their house fast for cash. We teach new investors how to buy Bank Owned REO Properties, HUD Houses, Foreclosures and Short Sales at our Live Training Events. At our real estate boot camps, we show new investors how to buy, fix and flip houses for a profit. We also teach students how to buy and hold rental properties for the long term, and how to wholesale and flip houses to other real estate investors (wholesaling/flipping).The Distressed Real Estate Institute has trained thousands of students from all over the world how to invest in real estate. We have over 5,000 students that have successfully completed our Partnership Program.
