As a new business, we are coming in to the industry with a key goal- as well as providing customers with a quality coffee- to also set a great example as a small business with minimal environmental impact. We are working towards this by almost completely cutting out our waste materials and liquids back to zero:-We use Biocups and cutlery (Made from plants, and compostable), and encourage patrons to bring their own cups too.-Our coffee grind will be composted-Milk/product containers recycled-Raw materials purchased in bulk, stored in smaller containers-Grey water (Low contaminant content) to be fed to our garden-Dish cloths/Tea towels washed and re-used where possible-A solar panel and battery provide power to the fridge, water system, and internal lights.-Trailer was re-purposed and engineered from a decommissioned lighting tower in to what you see today.We will have a phone on hand for people to text ahead with their orders, to hopefully ensure a smooth customer flow."Vegan options?!" you ask??
