minMAX develops Teams and Leaders.minMAX began as a partnership between two very different people: Jason, a former special ops soldier turned people leader and Adam, a former physicist turned agile leader. Jason believes that leaders have an enormous impact on the lives of others and, since we spend a third of our life at work, it shouldn't suck.Adam believes in the ingenuity and brilliance of humans working together and the need for more humanity in the workplace (something that's often missing!).We develop teams to have a real and resonant ‘togetherness', with the ability to handle hard conversations and tackle the challenges that really matter.
