The building, development and investment group S group holding, a.s. was formed in 2007 by the transformation of SYNER, s.r.o. and its subsidiaries. SYNER was founded in 1991 as a small regional company. Over time, it has become one of the biggest construction companies in the Czech Republic and through its subsidiaries it has also started to play an important role outside the building industry in areas such as development and facility management.S group holding, a.s. consists of six divisions – construction, development, facility management, foreign, philanthropy and others. In addition to increased asset transparency and improved business-specific management, this arrangement considerably simplifies future acquisitions, divestment and possible mergers of our subsidiaries. The formation of the new S group structure supports the fulfillment of the group's strategic objectives, particularly an increase in asset and management transparency within the company, business-specific management, accelerated expansion to foreign markets and further growth in Central Europe.
