We at Los Angeles Basketball Academy are an experienced Sports Movement based company. LABA stands for the progression of basketball through Fundamental Strength and Basketball Training Principles. Achieving fundamental literacy is something we strive for while teaching our pupils. We are able to conduct multiple health assessments to develop specific Athlete Lifestyle/Performance Programs. These programs improve our Athlete's life habits and turn their movement weaknesses into strengths. Exceeding athlete's and coach's expectations is a challenge we welcome. Troubleshooting an athlete's performance output, developing basketball skills, and creating habit change has given us the ability to achieve an athlete's goals to the highest capacity in the least amount of time.
