Yota Networks (former Scartel) is engaged in the network development and infrastructure management, providing access to 4G networks based on the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) model. Yota is providing final customers with LTE services.Currently the company's network covers 29 regions of Russia (over 100 cities).Yota manages to maintain a small number of staff, but to be as efficient as possible and to remain the market leader.
