Polite Society is the retail arm of Moss River. Our Stores are located in Sydney, Melbourne and online.Moss River was established as a luxury homewares brand in 1978 with the aim of supplying the very best bed linen, towels and accessories to discerning customers who understood and appreciated the finer aspects of home textiles.Today we often cater to the homewares needs of three generations of the same family as well as customers who just appreciate the finer aspects of quality homewares.We produce our collections with three key components in mind: natural fibres, careful attention to detail and lasting value.The collections are designed and developed in our Sydney studio then sent to the very best producers located in Italy, Portugal and Spain. Our Superfine collections are hand-cut and finished in our Sydney studio from 100% Egyptian Cotton fabrics woven specifically for us in Italy. This way we are able to maintain the highest level of finish possible – it's what sets us apart from the crowd.Moss River continues to innovate with new print designs as the seasons change and with new jacquards and sateens as fashion tastes evolve.Our perennial classic collections are ageless and never date.If you are joining us as a new customer, we welcome you with open arms and assure you you will be in good hands.
