Further every melt is also subject to ON LINE ANALYSIS of Carbon, Silicon, Nodularity, Nodule count, Secondary Shrinkages, Solidification mode of treated metal: Hypo-Eutectic, Eutectic, Hyper Eutectic OR their Combination & Temperature measurement. All stages of manufacturing processes are carried out as per instructions in the process flow chart.
