Founded in 2008, JTR Collections are a niche, successfully run Enforcement Agency with one desire at heart, to be different. Whilst growing steadily year on year, JTR have collected millions pounds of uncollected Council Tax, Business Rates, Road Traffic and Sundry debt for Local Authorities.
