The C2COE is a result of the reorganizing of the NATO Command Structure as agreed at the Prague summit in 2002 and the following transformation of NATO. The CONOPS of the C2COE was endorsed by HQ SACT early 2006 and the MOU with NATO and the Nations were signed in June 2007. The C2COE was accredited by NATO on March 2008. The C2COE is a multinational manned establishment hosted by the Netherlands and with members from nine different sponsoring nations (BEL, EST, DEU, NLD, NOR, SVK, ESP, TUR, USA).
