We're Functional Fitness and we're not a gym – we're a lifestyle. We offer a variety of training methods that are all functional. That is, they're designed to get your body moving the way it was designed to move, as one whole unit.Our space is different. There are no machines & there are no cables. There's no couches, no TV's and there's no mirrors. Your opportunity to reflect is internal. We offer a mixture of small group sessions led by highly experienced coaches to ensure your safety.Joining Func. is a journey. It's not always easy, but it's a lot of fun.
