Led by Ian D'Annunzio-Green, Susan Booth and Julie Friel; the three have worked together for 15+ years, with experience of running cafes, restaurants and events at leading visitor attractions including the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and the Portrait Gallery, as well as Hopetoun House to name just a few. The Honeycomb & Co ethos is all about bringing together the best ingredients and tastes, to create stylish dishes that are bursting with flavour, combined with a friendly, informed and efficient service, and a track record in knowing how what's needed to throw a great party.Together with their dedicated team of Honeycomb Busy Bees, they have joined forces, knowledge and expertise to create a fabulous modern eatery, bespoke catering service and smart new venue space for the city.
