Unaide develops a global solution combining human help and technology for homecare support for people weakened by age or disability. Vulnerable people can now be happy and serene to stay home, and their family caregivers retrieve peaceful mind and rest. Unaide designed CLARA, the first phygital caregiver that combines technological performance with human attention. We install CLARA in the living rooms, with nothing to wear, to make home more secure. Indeed, CLARA uses voice recognition to identify emergency expressions like "help me", and uses motion sensor to analyse elderly people activity. But we process all the data at home. This allows us to detect falls, risk situations and prevent loss of autonomy. But technology alone is not enough, that is why we associate CLARA with our own homecare service. It is organized in small, autonomous, local teams to provide human attention needed to ageing-well.Finally, we developed "Unaide Connect", a digital coordination platform that supports the internal organization of caregiver teams, and facilitates communication between families, caregivers and Unaide to ensure optimal quality of service and follow-up.
