The establishing companies were launched in 1989 and in 1990 as Hungarian private companies by the experts of the Agricultural University of Gödöllő basically for agricultural and environmental service, management and technology development. Already in the first years, the environmental activity gained a considerable role, and recently it generally covers the range of our action. By the millennium, among the companies became an exclusive co-operation of enterprises; a remarkable group on their fields and this activity is continued by AGRUNIVER HOLDING Ltd. since 2002.
