Then we use this information to identify the areas that require the greatest focus and pinpoint those areas that require action, working closely with the organisation to then carry out the actions and measure the impact.We understand every organisation is unique so our approach is tailored to each organisation.We also know that employees join organisations engaged, disengagement is what we do to people - it happens as a result of the experiences those people have at work.
