i-architect is a small and flexible architectural practice owned and managed by principal architect, Jane Leach. Delivering full and partial architectural services for private businesses, community groups, charities and homeowners. With the aim of delivering high quality "5 star" creative professional service as efficiently as possible to create beautifully functioning spatial designs that are both good value for money and timely. i-architect has a collaborative approach to working practices and builds long term working relationships with a range of specialist design team members and clients to deliver projects up to £1m in construction value. Committed to sustainable design, through energy efficiency measures, low toxicity, locally sourced products and renewable materials. Jane is a listed eco-refurbisher and member of the Green Register. Each project goes through a brief and site analysis process in order to create unique designs that are sensitive to their context and meet their functional requirements with flexibility for adaptation. Sensitivity to site includes an awareness of working with historic buildings as Jane is a registrant on the RIBA register of conservation architects.
