Everything we do is geared toward providing the best quality of life for patients during their final months and weeks, whether they are at home, in a nursing home, in a hospital, wherever they call home. Hudson Valley Hospice is a proud Level V provider of hospice care under the We Honor Veterans Program, a collaboration between the National Health and Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Hospice is a benefit of Medicare, as well as many insurance plans. Donations to Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation help to support those who may be uninsured or under-insured and provide for non-formulary drugs, tablets for our telehospice lending program, equipment, programs and services and more.
