Remy Robotics is redefining the future of food with a unique combination of true robotics and food engineering.Since its foundation in late 2018, Remy has been developing autonomous robotic kitchens, cooking methods and bespoke operational models for plug-and-play virtual restaurants to make on-demand food more sustainable— for people, for the planet and for the restaurant industry. Food robotics usually means a lot of R&D and a long time to market, but we're already operating our very own multi-cuisine virtual restaurants in Barcelona and Paris. We use the latest technology to have robots be fully autonomous, truly flexible in non-predefined environments. We engage with food in a completely new way: we design dynamic recipes for data-driven cooking, merging food theory with science to create a whole new operating system for food. We're proud to be part of the Kinetik family, together with unicorn Arrival. Our HQ is in Barcelona, a unique cosmopolitan hub we deliberately chose to reflect Remy's international outlook: most of our team has relocated from abroad (we have over 15 nationalities) to match our obsession with robots, great food, and sunshine.
