The Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) is the largest waterfront purpose-built facility in East Malaysia; setting the stage for commercial excellence to propel Sabah into the top MICE destination in Asia. The 6-hectare multi-functional complex spreads over 5 levels, the well-designed floor plan features an expansive column-free convention hall with a retractable partition system dividing into three sections; each multipurpose hall catering up to 2000 delegates offering a combined floor space of 6,800m² including an extensive pre-function area. Kota Kinabalu is a gateway to Sabah, North Borneo. Kota Kinabalu International Airport has daily direct flights to major cities in the region. With less than 10km travel distance from the airport, SICC is strategically located in the CBD area with close proximity to recreational spots, offering wide-ranging activities for pre and post conference touring options.
