Midland Energy America LLC was established as a special purpose investment company in Nevada in May 2019 with the right of direct cornerstone investment into affiliated company, Midland Energy Pty Ltd, an Australian based coal exploration and mining company since 2011.Midland Energy proposes to develop an initial 1.1 million tonne per year coal mine within held tenements in the Australian island state of Tasmania.
