At ONI , formed by a team with ample experience in the production and purchase of raw seafood products. At ONI, the final consumers are the most important part of our entire production process and therefore, any decision we make must be the best option for them. We established the following order of priorities in our business model: 1. CONSUMERS We believe that the consumers are the most important element of our business model. Each step we take in the creation of our products is with the Consumer's best interests in mind. 2. STAFF We train our staff according to our business model, involving them so that we all pull in the same direction and therefore achieve our goals. 
 
 3. FOOD SAFETY Food safety is essential within our business model. We apply exhaustive quality controls during the production process. 4. SUPPLIERS We involve our Suppliers in our business model. We work alongside them to generate a continual improvement in our raw materials, planning and organizing the fishing seasons, the fishing grounds, the species and the capture areas.
