Each step we take in the creation of our products is with the Consumer's best interests in mind. 2. STAFF We train our staff according to our business model, involving them so that we all pull in the same direction and therefore achieve our goals. 3. FOOD SAFETY Food safety is essential within our business model. We apply exhaustive quality controls during the production process. 4. SUPPLIERS We involve our Suppliers in our business model. We work alongside them to generate a continual improvement in our raw materials, planning and organizing the fishing seasons, the fishing grounds, the species and the capture areas.
